Understand the information shown

Property facts show their available review status. Some details may come from sellers or may not yet have been reviewed. Each fact carries one of these labels:

Document reviewed
A primary document supporting this fact, such as a CNR extract or plano, was reviewed. A reviewed document is not a guarantee.
Source reviewed
A public source, photograph, map or site observation supporting this fact was reviewed. It is not a primary document and not a guarantee.
Per seller
Provided by the seller and not independently confirmed.
Not yet reviewed
Taken from existing property records and not yet checked field by field. Not a guarantee.
