We organize each lot’s information. Nothing is published before the applicable review and approvals are complete.

When a member requests information or a visit, we coordinate the introduction with your designated representative.

Access El Salvador helps Salvadorans abroad and other international buyers understand each lot in English or Spanish, request information, and move forward through a coordinated process. Buyers in El Salvador may also participate as members.
Only signed-in members may request information or a visit for a lot.

Your company sets price and availability. We publish only information your team confirms.
Non-exclusive
Your website, agents, advertising, and other sales channels may continue during the pilot.
Weekly confirmation
Your company confirms inventory at least every seven days. Lots are hidden after 14 days without confirmation.
What we need to evaluate your project
This is an initial list. Final requirements may vary by project and the applicable legal review.

- Evidence of authority to market the project.
- Parcel developer registration record.
- Applicable project permit or resolution.
- Current CNR records for the property and lots.
- Approved plan with lot numbers and areas.
- Signed inventory with current prices and availability.
Pilot for approved companies
One month to start and evaluate the process
Each approved lot developer may participate at no cost for one month from the approval date. The pilot is non-exclusive, creates no automatic charge, and carries no obligation to continue.
- Participation is subject to individual evaluation and operating capacity.
- Permanent commercial terms will be determined after the pilot and the corresponding legal review.
- Independent attorney and notary services are not included and are contracted separately.

Frequently asked questions
Who may request an evaluation?
Lot developers and parcel developers with projects in El Salvador, as well as parties authorized to market lots on an owner’s behalf.
Does applying guarantee publication?
No. Every company, project, and lot is evaluated manually. Publication depends on complete documentation and applicable requirements.
Does Access El Salvador replace our current channels?
No. Your channels continue as usual. Access El Salvador adds a bilingual member presentation and coordinates inquiries originating on the platform.
Is the partner portal available now?
Not yet. It is in development. During the pilot, your company sends updates by WhatsApp and our team updates approved information within one business day.
What does it cost?
Approved companies receive a free one-month pilot. There is no automatic charge or obligation to continue.
Are legal services included?
No. Each independent attorney or notary directly agrees on scope, fees, and service terms for the relevant transaction.
